“CG Atlantic’s Summer Internship allowed me to gain personal and professional development by changing my perspective on the insurance industry, allowing my autonomy, and teaching me how to work through professional difficulties. Learning about the insurance industry and how essential coverage of all kinds is to the ordinary person made me want to advocate more for the protection of lives in The Bahamas. The company's culture is dedicated to work-life balance, friendliness, and commitment to people inside and outside of Atlantic House walls.
Working towards becoming a CG Atlantic Scholar was not easy. It required consistency in my studies, support from my community, and commitment to being my true self. The work was worth it to become an ambassador for CG and gain financial aid in pursuit of my graduate degree.”
